🌟 HelloWorld Laser XTOOL: Precision Cutting & Marking Two new lasers in the lab – xTool F2 Ultra and xTool F2 Ultra UV

Two spectacular machineshave arrivedat the Asperastra Innovation LAB , expanding the range of projects you can create there: the xTool F2 Ultra, a 60W MOPA fiber laser designed for precision marking on metals, and the xTool F2 Ultra UV, a 355nm cold laser that engraves glass, crystal, and delicate materialswithout leaving heat marks. This is the first lab that allows you to use both: from concept to finished piece, step by step.

🌟 The machines:

The xTool F2 Ultra machines—60W MOPA fiber lasers: the version chosen for the lab is designed for precision metal marking. It cuts thin metals and engraves steel, brass, aluminum, titanium, and precious metals with extremely high definition, including color marking on stainless steel. xTool F2 Ultra UV — 5W UV laser at 355 nm: cold marking, without heat marks, on glass and crystal (including internal 3D engraving), plastic, acrylic, wood, leather, and ceramics.

🎤 What is HelloWorld

This is Asperastra’s introductory series: each episode brings you closer to the practical use of a machine or technology. This time, we’re focusing on the laser cutter, with a step-by-step guide from concept to finished piece.

You’ll understand how the two machines work and when to use one or the other – You’ll learn how to prepare files for cutting and marking – You’ll discover specific materials, tips, and techniques for metal, glass, and crystal – You’ll work safely at the machine bench – With the MOPA , you’ll engrave your own personalized tag on steel— perfect for a keychain or your dog’s collar – With the UV cold laser, you’ll experience its precision firsthand by creating a personalized business card – At the end of the workshop, if you’re a member, you’ll be able to use the xTool F2 Ultra and F2 Ultra UV on your own in the Lab
